These first time home buyers bought a "well worn" beginner home in this well established
Toronto neighbourhood and needed our help to make a plan for the renovations of their new home.
They followed the detailed work plan we and our affiliated company Toronto Home Consulting made for them to make sure they stayed within budget while giving them the home
they desired, keeping in mind future resale value of the home. We selected all the finishes and helped make many of the
renovation choices to ensure they would see a maximum return on their investment whenevever they chose to sell.
We made 3d images which made it easy for the homeowners to see our vision and the end result.
They used many of the trusted trade guys we recommended to them to complete their first home project. They
were very happy to see how they were able to build equity using many of the tools provided allowing them to do so.
When the renovation was complete we helped them place their furniture (staging to stay)
and making this home feel like any home owners dream.
